Unworn, as it arrived

The piece must be unworn, unaltered and in its original Miranto packaging.

6-month warranty

Covers eligible manufacturing defects for six months.

How to start a return

  1. Write to us first

    Send your order number and the piece you want to return. Please do not send anything back before we reply.

  2. Follow our instructions

    Once your request is approved, we send you the return instructions. Shipping the piece back to us is at your cost.

  3. Refund or exchange

    We inspect the piece when it arrives. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Miranto, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original Miranto packaging.

  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or modification.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact Miranto with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on eligible items.

If you need a different size or would like to exchange your bangle for another eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

6-MONTH WARRANTY

Miranto bangles include a 6-month warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, loss, theft, or damage caused by alterations or repairs performed by a third party.

Please contact us if you believe your item qualifies for warranty service.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or resized

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return period

  • Items missing their original packaging

  • Items marked as Final Sale

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for any return, refund, or exchange.

Customers should contact Miranto before shipping any return.

Return instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved. Miranto is not responsible for merchandise returned without authorization or sent using a shipping method not approved by us.
